Our key partner, Vix Technology, is a global provider of Real Time Information (RTI) systems and displays with a strong and proud 30 year history of innovation. Vix RTI systems harness scientific advancements to offer an unparalleled range of display types that are powered solely by an integrated battery. This green and cost-effective solution means that all locations can now display RTI, rather than only those with mains power. Battery-powered units can be deployed rapidly and installed on existing posts or shelters. This means that real time information, which improves the customer’s experience and encourages bus journeys in less built-up areas, can now be displayed in places where it was previously not thought possible.
Externiture's project management and implementation expertise, coupled with our unrivalled knowledge of bus stop infrastructure, mean that we are uniquely positioned to bring technological improvements such as those of Vix to local authorities throughout the UK.
